How it Works
Once you become a licensed facilitator for the Brilliant Leadership workshops you are able to promote and deliver both the four day and two day versions of the workshop. The four day version runs with two facilitators and can accommodate between 20 and 40 delegates per workshop. The two day version runs with a single facilitator and can accommodate between 10 and 28 delegates per workshop. The workshops are unique, strongly branded and extremely powerful events. The learning outcomes are exceptional as delegates develop new attitudes and behaviours as well as the knowledge and skills that are the focus of traditional training courses.
You generate income as a licensed facilitator in several ways. Firstly, you can offer the workshops to your own clients as a high value proposition with a correspondingly generous fee earning opportunity for you. Secondly, you can earn income as a co-facilitator of the four day workshops that are being run by other licensed facilitators (of course, you will be reciprocating when running your own four day workshops). You will also benefit from our own marketing efforts. We bring visitors to our site via both online and offline marketing campaigns - this generates work for our licensed facilitators. We also have partnerships with managed learning providers who sell Brilliant Leadership workshops on our behalf - again, this generates work for our licensed facilitators.
But it doesn't stop there. The nature of these workshops means that they generate repeat business along with follow-on work for running a range of business skills workshops and team building events - all of which means more work for you.
And all you need to be is an experienced facilitator with a management or leadership background - everything else is taken care of. The workshops have already been designed, tested and proven. You will receive full training in how to deliver the workshops along with a comprehensive facilitators' guide. You will receive all the materials you need to run the workshop (excluding a few consumable items). You will receive a complimentary copy of Simon Cooper's book, Brilliant Leader. And you will receive ongoing support whenever you need it from Simon Cooper and his team of senior facilitators/professional mentors.
